This is Tye Allenbrand proud principal of Megan Cope Elementary. I hope you and your family are doing well in this unprecedented time.
As the end of the school year approaches, your child’s teacher is preparing items to distribute to you. This will include any personal items left on campus, report cards, and other materials or work from the students. We will have designated days/times each grade level will be in the school’s parking lot to hand items to you while you wait in your vehicle.
This will also give our teachers the opportunity to make a final connection for the school year and wish students well for the summer break.
You will also receive an email with this information, but here are the designated pick up times and dates:
Monday June 1st from 8:30-10:00 Ms. McLaughlin and Ms. Smith’s classes
Monday June 1st from 10:30-12:00 all kindergarten classes
Tuesday June 2nd from 8:30-10:00 all 1st grade classes
Tuesday June 2nd from 10:30-12:00 all 3rd grade classes
Tuesday June 2nd from 12:00 to 1:30 all 2nd grade classes
Wednesday June 3rd from 10:30 to 12:00 all 5th grade classes
Thursday June 4th from 8:30 to 10:00 all pre school classes
Thursday June 4th from 10:30 to 12:00 all 4th grade classes
