Quick Start Guide for the 20-21 School Year

Start of School - August 17th will be our first day of school.  All instruction will be online and students will login to a Google Classroom to begin the school year.

Instruction - While all instruction will be online to begin the year, our dedicated teachers will ensure your child continues to receive a meaningful learning experience.  Students will engage in live interactive instruction, receive instructional feedback, and complete independent activities.  Further, students will follow a daily schedule that aligns with on site learning, creates structure, and promotes academic growth.

Chromebooks - It is strongly recommended to check out a Chromebook from the school site.  If you have not already reserved a Chromebook for your child please contact the school office.  This will ensure that your child has the necessary applications and software to access all the online instructional content.

Curriculum & Materials - Once curriculum and materials are ready for your child we will contact you for a scheduled time to pick up the items. To maintain social distancing, curbside pick up will be available.

Connecting With Your Child’s Teacher - During the first week of school you will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher.  Scheduled grade level times will be announced where you may simply drive through the school parking lot, meet the teacher, and receive important instructional supports.  Additionally, your child’s teacher will be personally reaching out to you prior to the start of school to ensure your student is able to participate in distance learning beginning August 17th.
